We've received confirmation that Whiskey, the eagerly awaited Five Points watering hole, will have a soft opening tomorrow night.

Doors will open at 5 if all goes as planned. Our source says that if the doors aren't open at 5 tomorrow, check back Wednesday, as owner Rhys Botica is hurriedly putting the finishing touches on his new venture.

The bar naturally will have a wide assortment of whiskeys as well as plenty of specialty cocktails and 14 North Carolina beers on tap.
