Bay 7Bay 7 at American Tobacco Campus
An unprecedented arrangement is bringing together two acclaimed Triangle institutions. For the first time in its 52-year history, the Angus Barn of Raleigh is extending its brand and service offsite to become the exclusive caterer and events manager for Bay 7 at the award-winning American Tobacco Campus.
The 10,000-square-foot space, which can accommodate up to 400 people, will still remain exclusively a rental space for private events and will not include a restaurant. The same team that runs the Pavilion at the Angus Barn will handle the event management and catering for wedding receptions, corporate meetings, fundraisers, holiday parties, trade shows, art exhibits, reunions and more in the registered historic site.
“The Angus Barn is world-renowned for its food and service,” says Michael Goodmon, vice president of real estate for Capitol Broadcasting, which owns American Tobacco. “They believe every guest should be treated like royalty, which is exactly the attitude at American Tobacco and Bay 7. We’re always looking to raise the bar, and this partnership accomplishes that in a big way.”
