Bridgeton

This weekend, I'll be hosting four wineries at the Bridgeton River Festival. The Bridgeton Marina is located directly across the Neuse River from New Bern. There will be more than 50 artists and artisans showing their wares, food from some of the area's tonyest restaurants, antique auto displays, river taxi tours plus myriad children's activities. In two short years, this has become a popular event, attracting some of the finest artists (and visitors)! Come see what all the fuss is about. It will be a hot weekend here in Durham, so head to the coast for this fun-filled-yet-serious presentation of art, food and wine.

The wineries that will be pouring are Rag Apple Lassie Vineyards, located in the Yadkin River Valley, Chatham Hill Winery, whose home base is Morrisville, Bennett Vineyards from north of New Bern and Lake Road Winery from north of Emerald Isle.

Great title!

Arturo, I love your posts, look forward to them every week. Can't go to this festival but reading about it was fun & the title was inspired! Thanks for my laugh for the day!
