Usually, ballpark dogs conjure up thoughts of mustard, relish and onions. But at Bark in the Park on June 6 at DBAP, a canine contingent frolicked beyond the bleachers while their owners took in the Bulls game.
The event, sponsored by law firm Walker Lambe Rhudy Costley and Gill, benefited Second Chance Pet Adoptions, the Triangle’s oldest no-kill shelter. Other animal groups were on hand, too, and Walker Lambe donated $1,000 to Independent Animal Rescue.
