Celebrate the progress downtown has made in opening new and successful businesses at Beauty and The Bull’s first Spa-Tacular Party, cohosted by Bull City Bucks, Feb. 8. The event is free and open to the public.
Those in attendance will be able to enjoy complimentary spa treatments, spa goody bags, prizes from Bull City Bucks, food, drinks and live music.
