There's no time like the summer to enjoy fresh seafood, and blu seafood and bar will be hosting several events beginning next week to help you do just that.
Break out the butter and bibs! Next Wednesday, blu is planning a lobster dinner, with one and a quarter pound hardshell Maine lobsters served in a traditional New England fashion with corn on the cob, boiled potatoes and drawn butter. The more lobster they order means the better price they get, so make your reservations now!
On Thursday, blu celebrates its 5th birthday by offering complementary hors d'oeuvres and cupcakes to all of its guests that evening. Anchovy icing, anyone? (Kidding!)
The following Wednesday, July 18, blu hosts Red, White and blu, its monthly wine dinner with pairings by Hope Valley Bottle Shop. This month's dinner will feature regional American seafood classics.
