Cleveland-Holloway is one our city's most interesting neighborhoods.
The closest one to downtown, many homes there suffered from neglect and worse until recent years, when hearty, civic-minded homeowners moved in determined to fix up the houses and, more importantly, build community with residents old and new.
Get to know this vibrant area on Saturday, June 9 from 10am-3pm at the 5th Annual Historic Cleveland-Holloway Home Tour.
There will be 20 homes open in different stages of renovation in the neighborhood.
Park at the downtown public library at 300 N. Roxboro St. and then walk to the southeast corner of Holloway Street and Oakwood Avenue to get your home tour booklet.
