Cameron’s just a few hours away from getting real crazy. Tonight, Duke fans get their first glimpse of the 2012-13 men’s basketball team at 6:30pm during the annual Countdown to Craziness Presented by PNC. But first, there’s fun to be had in Krzyzewskiville.
Blue Devil Fans can enjoy a live DJ, face painting, inflatable games and a mobile TV screen running highlights from the 2011-12 season beginning at 4pm in the space located adjacent to Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Several on-court presentations and contests are planned once the doors to Cameron open at 6:30pm, including honoring Olympic medalists and Duke divers Nick McCrory and Abby Johnston, student performances, women’s basketball team introductions and a video of football coach David Cutcliffe. The Duke men's team is introduced at 8pm and the Blue-White scrimmage tips off at 8:30pm.
Fans can also get an early start on the Craziness by taking part in the "Favorite Duke Basketball Dunk of All-Time" contest presented by PNC. To vote on your favorite dunk - or to just relive some of the most exciting dunks in Duke history – click here.
