In Which the Dees Family Goes Berry Pickin'

Good times were had by all, as you'll see in the slideshow. It's an idyllic place with lots of cool chickens and a friendly cat to keep the kids entertained once their interest in fruit harvesting begins to wane.

Thanks to warmer-than-normal temps, berry picking has been in full swing at the farm since June 5. Usually things wouldn't be cranking up until late June. There likely are a couple more Saturdays of good berries to be had, so go check it out this weekend or next, if you can. The farm is open Saturdays from 7am-noon.
