The Persian Carpet, 5634 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd., hosts its summer sale through June 30, which offers 30-75% off every rug in the store, in addition to a special group of more than 100 rugs 6 feet by 9 feet to 10 feet by 14 feet that are $399-$999. All rugs are handmade and room size. For the rest of the month, the company is giving away a free small rug with every rug purchased and offering refreshments from 4-6pm each afternoon.
