Now that fall is officially upon us and cooler temperatures make it easier to stay outside, it's the perfect time to think about sprucing up your casa.
For us that means a fresh front door. We tend to go out more in the summer. Fall is perfect for inviting friends over for holidays, football, you name it. What better way to welcome those friends with a freshly painted door in a bright color?
We once heard that you should take whatever your favorite color is and paint your front door that color. We're not sure that we exactly endorse that idea, but for sure do not be afraid to let your personality shine with a bright coat of red, yellow, blue or just black.
Whatever you choose, that fresh shiny coat, applied now, is sure to set the stage for a great season. Just be sure your door is sanded and clean before applying at least two coats of outdoor paint to your door.
