The Go Girl Shoppe

Have trinkets, will travel. Meghan Wagner takes her wares on the road in her ’76 Shasta camper that’s been converted into a traveling boutique.

Based out of Durham, Meghan journeys around North Carolina in The Go Girl Shoppe, selling new and vintage goods and allowing customers to browse through items both outside and inside the trailer. The School of the Arts graduate attributes her eclectic, artsy ways to growing up in the Bull City.

“I come from a family of business owners; it’s in my blood,” Meghan says. “I wanted to operate something that was fun and exciting, something that I would just stop in my tracks if I walked by.”

You can judge if Meghan has accomplished that goal at The Go Girl Shoppe’s next event in Raleigh at the Ovarian Cancer Walk and 5K Run on Sept. 8.

“Of course, I would love for The Go Girl Shoppe to come to Durham,” Meghan says. “As of now we have many events in the cities surrounding Durham, but we hope to make a grand appearance soon.”

Follow The Go Girl Shoppe on Facebook to find their upcoming locations as well as sneak peaks at some of the new items they’ll carry. And keep a lookout for the 16-foot mobile shop cruising around Durham in the near future.
