Hummingbird
The pimento cheese - my favorite sampling at Hummingbird's opening - is light on the mayo and has the perfect tinge of spiciness thanks to bits of poblano and roasted red peppers. The sandwich is served on sourdough with a cold green bean salad tossed in dijon vinaigrette.
