    The Carolina Theatre presents the second largest gay and lesbian film festival in the Southeast, and promises this year’s festival to be “bigger, longer and more satisfying.” Keeping to that promise, Kathy Griffin, the two-time Emmy winner and bestselling author, performs a special live comedy show at the Durham Performing Arts Center as the headlining event of the festival. The films, screened at the theater, celebrate a worldwide glimpse of today’s gay and lesbian life.
